Architectural Harmony
This three story design layers the necessities of the modern family unit to best utilize the space. Conceptually, layer one focuses on the communal and social needs, encompassing the kitchen/great room, utility, outdoor kitchen. Layer two focuses on the private needs of the homes inhabitants. Layer three of the residence focuses on the more intimate communal space along with taking advantage of the view of downtown off of the back patio.
